10 Ways To FALL In Love With God


What if the greatest love story of all time wasn’t a Hallmark one, but a Heavenly one? Falling in love with God is journey far beyond any story that man can ever come up with. Imagine being in love with the Creator who lovingly made everything that we know in our lives. He made each and everyone of us. Do we have a longing for a deeper relationship and love for God? Falling in love with God is a journey that will contain many undiscovered treasures along the way. So this week, we are looking at 10 ways that we can FALL in love with God.


  • Want A Deeper Relationship With Him

    • Psalm 34:8 - “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!

  • Spend Time Talking To God

    • Psalm 145:18 - “The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.”

  • Know Him Through His Words

    • 2 Timothy 2:15 - “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.”

  • Trust In His Love For You

    • Romans 8:38-39 - “For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

  • Humble Yourself Before Him

    • James 4:10 - “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.”

  • Commit To Making More Time For A Relationship With Him (DAILY!!!)

    • Psalm 119:30 - “I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I set your rules before me.”

  • Understand More About God’s Grace For Each Of Us

    • Ephesians 2:8-9 - “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

  • Let All Your Actions Reflect God In Your Life

    • Colossians 3:17 - “And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

  • Admire All Of God’s Creations

    • Psalm 19:1 - “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.”

  • Rely On God’s Word More Then Worldly Advice

    • Psalm 119:105 - “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
