8 Ways To Live Out The Beatitudes In Our Daily Lives


Do you ever find yourself feeling like you are always in last place? You might feel like no matter how hard you try to succeed in life, you always seem to get the short end of the stick. Well, today, we will be covering 8 ways that we should live out The Beatitudes in our daily lives. We can learn from these lessons that we don’t have to succeed in the way that the world tells us to. These 8 ways help us win in the ways that matter to God. So if you find yourself feeling a little out of place, then Matthew chapter 5 will be the perfect place to learn from. So let’s go!


  1. Be Humble In Spirit

    • Matthew 5:3 - “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”

  2. Comfort Others In Mourning

    • Matthew 5:4 - “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”

  3. Show Meekness

    • Matthew 5:5 - “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”

  4. Hunger For Righteousness

    • Matthew 5:6 - “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.”

  5. Be Merciful

    • Matthew 5:7 - “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.”

  6. Pursue Purity Of Heart

    • Matthew 5:8 - “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.”

  7. Work For Peace

    • Matthew 5:9 - “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.”

  8. Stand Firm In Persecution

    • Matthew 5:10 - “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”
