7 Reasons To Love God

Have you ever wondered why we love God? Or have you even thought about how deep your love for Him actually is? We must be firmly grounded in our love for Him. So this week, we will be covering 7 reasons why we should love God. So if you find yourself in a season of trials, then it might be time to reignite your love for the Creator of all life itself!

  1. God Is Trustworthy

    • Deuteronomy 7:9 - “Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations,”

  2. God Is Our Refuge

    • Psalm 46:1 - “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

  3. God Can Transform Any Heart

    • 2 Corinthians 5:17 - “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”

  4. God Offers Us A Better Future

    • 1 Peter 1:3-5 - “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”

  5. God’s Presence Offers Us True Inner Peace

    • Philippians 4:7 - “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

  6. God Offers Us Grace And Mercy Because Of His Love For Us

    • Ephesians 2:4-7 - “But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.”

  7. God Is All-Powerful And Wise

    • 2 Peter 3:17-18 - “Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!”

Conclusion:
